Shoe tags
The colour this year is red. So members may exchange their mauve tag for a yellow tag by completing the renewal form and sending it with the appropriate fee to be received by the bank by Monday May 5th. Note that the late fee is £25, so avoid any embarrassing lapses of memory with financial consequences by returning your form before May 5th. New members will receive a shoe tag following receipt of the application form and appropriate remittance.

Balls
The club provides tennis balls for the use of members. Three balls per court should be used.

Dress
Appropriate tennis clothes are required to be worn on court. Members are required to wear tennis shoes, as other types of footwear will damage the artificial grass.

Sweatshirts
Look smart on court by wearing a club sweatshirt, polo shirt or fleece that bears the club logo. A selection of colours and sizes is available. Orders can be placed with the club treasurer, Moira Poyser (Tel. No. 445 4781). Club badges of the club logo for sewing on to your favourite tennis shirt or top can also be obtained.

Visitors
A Member may bring up to three visitors per month. Each visitor may only play once per calendar month and three times in a year. The cost is £3.00 per visit for adults and £2.00 per visit for juniors.
